Agenda
Moderator: Dr. Konstantinos Dellis and Hezal Dilan Sari, MA, Researchers at Athena Research Center
Activity 1: Key Challenges and Barriers for Hydrogen Penetration in the Energy Mix
This activity will be an interactive exercise in which participants will identify the most significant barriers—regulatory, technological, financial, and knowledge and awareness—that hinder progress on hydrogen. They will also assess the severity of each barrier to help prioritize areas for action.
Activity 2: Building a Shared Vision
This exercise invites participants to co-create a timeline highlighting key developments, milestones, or goals for 2024, 2030, and 2050 based on finance, skill, policy, and technology.
Activity 3: Interest – Influence Matrix
This activity will map key stakeholder groups (e.g., public sector, academia, NGOs, private sector) according to their level of interest and influence.
