Teaming up with Tortolí for climate education

After a highly successful kick-off in Italy this spring – and a stop in Barcelona – our travelling exhibition continues its European tour with a week in Tortolí, Sardinia. And what better location for climate education than the Municipal Library?

This collaboration fits perfectly with MAIA’s purpose: to educate citizens on climate research, its challenges and solutions.

Structured around thematic panels, the exhibition explores the multidisciplinary approach to climate change mitigation and adaptation, connecting research, environmental policies and local initiatives.

Crucially, there is a strong focus is on solutions, citizen empowerment and the need to combat misinformation and disinformation around climate change. The aim is raise awareness of climate challenges and promotes concrete solutions by combining science, art and education.
