SUBMISSION OF COMMUNICATIONS – MAIA NEWSLETTER 

The data used, or provided, in the informative and/or promotional communications (e.g. the MAIA newsletter) are processed by ASOCIACION BC3 BASQUE CENTRE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE – KLIMA ALDAKETA IKERGAI (BC3) for purposes consisting of the electronic sending of information and communications about services, activities, publications, and social and professional events of ASOCIACION BC3 BASQUE CENTRE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE – KLIMA ALDAKETA IKERGAI (BC3) or third parties from the ASOCIACION BC3 BASQUE CENTRE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE – KLIMA ALDAKETA IKERGAI (BC3) network; monitoring and optimization of marketing campaigns carried out using technologies for this purpose; and profiling for commercial purposes. 
 
The legal basis of the aforementioned treatments is the express consent granted by the User. Consent for sending such communications may be revoked at any time in each of the communications received through the mechanism enabled for this purpose. 
 
The criterion of conservation of the data will be based on the manifestation contrary to the treatment on your part. In any case, the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, treatment limitation and portability may be exercised, when applicable, by email to privacymaia@maia-project.eu. 
 
If you do not obtain satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you may file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection through its electronic headquarters, presenting a claim for protection of rights.
